Order Processing

Products are made to order. Production and fulfillment take an estimated 2–5 business days on average. Shipping time is additional. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Estimated total delivery time for US orders with standard shipping is 5–10 business days, including production. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Seasonal demand, product availability, and carrier delays may extend this estimate.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders as displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

We currently ship to United States.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
